The New Era of HelpFlow - New Services, Powerful AI, and New Site

Earlier this year, we shared to Clients and Partners a glimpse of big things we had in the works. Today, I’m excited to share that we’re now LIVE with our new services and website - and basically a new ERA of HelpFlow.

First, let’s recap the nearly a decade of services we’ve already been providing:

• Since 2015, 100s of stores have been using HelpFlow’s 24/7 Live Chat Teams to drive sales. We predict and save abandons, drive sales through cross selling and upselling, and much more. 
• In 2020, we started running entire Customer Service Teams for certain clients. We provide dedicated customer service agents directly in your HelpDesk to help manage tickets, while also leveling up your entire operation (systems, processes, kpis, etc.). There’s a lot of options in the market for “outsourced cs agents”. What sets us apart is that we help run your entire operation to turn cs into a revenue driver for the business (and not a headache for you and your leadership team). We’ve invested heavily in this service in 2022 and have been taking on many more clients this year.
